White Christmas

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas Just like the ones I used to know Where the tree tops glisten and children listen To hear the sleigh bells in the snow. Snow means the north winds blowing cold Another log on the fire to keep out the chill Snow means stayin' indoors for the old And that the young playin' on the hill. Snow means the mail won't come from town And the pond will free over enough to skate Snow mean that I'll finally get around to Shovelin' a path to the gate.
