Blackout Problems

The poet's muse was lost, Somewhere between the drugs, (Do it). The books I wrote, Told me to leave home, I guess we all make mistakes, (Yeah), (Do it). I've lost my family along, The way to achieve my goals, I knew this could mean losing my mind, But who would have thought, I'd lose it all, Even the little things I thought no one can take, Life will take them away. If you go all the way, Go all the way. I'm coming home, Some days I feel lost, others I feel alone. I'm not scared of the future, There's no one left to blame, I've made this mess by myself, But I'm convinced it will end, God knows I'm not flawless, But neither are you, Maybe that's what makes us, Perfect and true, Now I understand a thing or two, After the year, That I've been through, It could have all been simple, It could have all been good, I guess my mind knows it better, Than I want it to, You were my Daisy Miller, My Holly Golightly, I'm the fuck-up Charles, Who couldn't leave the bar early, But there's a thing, I'm gonna prove to you, My door is always open, If you want it to. I'm coming home. Some days I feel lost, others I feel alone. I'm not scared of the future. --- Charles - BLACKOUT PROBLEMS
