Carry On

My mind is racin', it just won't stop. my body's achin', I'm ready to drop. but these thoughts up in my brain ain't givin' me no peace, so I put one into the air just so I can breathe and now I feel the weight ease up off of my shoulders, certain lessons you can only learn by gettin' older. Life is a battleground but I know I'm a soldier, no matter the situation I'ma keep on marchin' forward. Carry on, when hope is gone, keep on fightin' what you're feelin', It won't be long, till the storm is calm, and it all happens for a reason. Not everything feels like it should, take the bad so the good gets better, carry on, carry on. So won't ya listen up my brother man, you need to open up inside. the live you live's a gift ya know ya might not get another ride. instead of givin' up I said why not give it another try? Life is what you make of it why make yours a prison? cause the people need the healin' got to get the vibes out to them, they try to knock me down but I will never bow to them who spendin' every second passion' judgements on their brethren they refuse to recognize the lies that they're livin' in.
