i’d always dreamed of it that one day i’d make a hit to defend myself against myself sang all the way to school when i was a little girl i knew i was from another world sometimes i see her sunbathed in the window and those childhood feelings pour down on my head i hear a happy song and though i never could write one to describe the way i feel when blue shadows fight in our white apartment i know they’re real i hear a happy song i know it’s real, it’s real, it’s real i’d died to see you there when we knew i shouldn’t care my heart beat me crazy through the street then when i climbed the stairs saw you laughing with him there sitting pretty as two dripping knives true lust only exists inside my heart and in these moments that i’m heartless life is meaningless and poor and real, so real that dragon in my heart is something real so real, it’s real, it’s real --- It's Real - Sean Nicholas Savage
