Means the Same

Means the same in the scheme of things,  that's what we always say.  Sit and wait, though it seems a shame what we will never be.  No, I don't purport to know anything of what I cannot see.  Dreams of fate never wash away what we were born to be. All our pain only serves to bring another hopeless day. No, I don't purport to know anything of what I cannot see, but timeless rapport and affinity for something more than me.  I've ridden far on the waves of time just hanging on to the hope I'll find (the) edge of the world, where I'll leave it all behind, drink in the stars, and explode my mind.
