I am trying to make it through, day by day And I just can't stay bottled up inside myself I suffered in my circled steps for far too long I will never make the same mistakes again It's tearing at the seams and I can't take it I'm giving up my hopes until I make it On my own They say don't play the victim You brought this all on yourself Planning ahead has never been my strong suit But if I was given a chance to try again I would give it all I got I would make my time here worthwhile And never waste a single day "I hate to say it but I told you so" That's what they all say This sinking feeling Won't go away But somewhere along the line I'll find a place to mend my mind But until then I'll just stay here restless Waiting for something, getting nothing in return Getting nothing in return And I'm still waiting for something more Some say they bend then break when it's all over The guidelines I got made me who I am All of this was harder than I thought And make it worth it while you still can Don't toss it away like it's not worth a thing Make your mark and make them remember While I am wasting away, trying to find where i fit in --- Bookmarks - Abandoned By Bears
