I am blind, left behind, It's the last time Everything that I do is try to overcome you I can't remember What it's like to feel anything at all And my patience is long gone It's long gone You're good at complicating And so am I but at least I try It only get's frustrating The way you make up for your mistakes And the promises that you never kept I guess it goes to show And you can keep on making this about you Punch me if I'm wrong but this is why I can't handle things you put me through Nothing you can say will make me feel the same again You've been wrong for too long it was the last time I gave you the best of me And what's the point of existence When every things distant, you show no persistence You're good at complicating And so am I but at least I try It only get's frustrating The way you make up for your mistakes Cause I would rather give up than give in And deep down I hope that you understand When you try to make up for your mistakes And promises that you never kept I guess it goes to show You left me swinging for the fences With my hands tied around my back From your perspective I may look defenseless But the matter of fact is you're the helpless one I'm still waiting for you to make the call and let me go And it all makes me wonder how hard of an impact you'll make When no one's there to break the fall --- No Rush - Abandoned By Bears
